Putting PATIENT ADVOCACY
to work to increase product awareness and adoption

We worked with Oticon Medical for six years to increase awareness of its Ponto Bone Anchored Hearing System. We created a program to ENGAGE USERS, share patient-focused content, and build an online community to support adults and parents of children with single-sided deafness and conductive hearing loss.

The advocate community we built helped move the product into an INDUSTRY-LEADING POSITION—generating trustworthy peer-to-peer marketing campaigns, supporting patient recruitment for new Ponto clinical trial data, and eventually elevating the product to an industry leading position where it was acquired by Cochlear.
